Article 1 Definitions and Introduction

Article 3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit:

• Deposits can be made via local bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), e-wallet (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), or QRIS.

• Deposit funds that have been credited to an account cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the member.

Article 5 Game Rules

All games available on manadototo operate using an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. Terms related to gameplay:

• System results are final. Game outcomes displayed on screen cannot be disputed or altered after the fact.
• Internet connection issues on the member's end do not constitute grounds for cancelling a bet that has already been processed. The system will record and settle the bet according to its last recorded status.
• Winnings from games played using bonus balance are subject to the applicable bonus turnover requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly as main balance until those requirements are met.
• Manadototo reserves the right to limit maximum bets on certain games without prior notice, primarily to maintain system balance.

Article 6 Prohibitions and Sanctions

To maintain a fair and comfortable gaming environment for all members, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the manadototo platform:

• Player collusion to coordinate game outcomes at the same table, especially at Live Casino tables.

2. Escalation to management. If a first-level resolution is unsatisfactory, the member may request escalation to the management team, who will conduct a thorough review of the reported case.
3. Required documentation. During the dispute resolution process, members are asked to provide relevant evidence such as screenshots, transaction numbers, and any supporting information to help expedite the investigation.
